30 years old patient with recent shoulder dislocation.

Humeral head and glenoid cavity with preserved alignment. Supero-posterior impaction at the supero-posterior margin of the humeral head (Hill-Sachs). Hill-Sachs interval estimated is about 17 mm.

Loss of normal circular shape in the postero-lateral region of the superior humeral head, with irregularity of the cortical margin.
