Huge subserosal uterine leiomyoma

Huge subserosal uterine leiomyoma arising from the right lateral uterine wall, compressing and displacing the bladder anteriorly. It elicits an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, low signal intensity on T2 with central areas of T2 high signal (cystic degeneration/necrosis). Another small intramural leiomyoma is also noted.
