Mildly displaced left intracapsular neck of femur fracture.
Case Discussion
Most often due to internal rotation of the hip, some neck of femur fractures can be more difficult to identify. Shenton's line should always be smooth and uninterrupted. A lateral radiograph should also be obtained, which will help further assess neck displacement.
