Intramuscular lipoma

There is a well-defined fat density mass in the anteromedial thigh, displacing surrounding soft tissues. No bone abnormality.

Pathology on a biopsy:
These are cores of normal skeletal muscle and mature appearing adipose tissue. No cytologic atypia.
