Large posterior fossa, high tentorium insertion, elevated straight sinus, retrocerebellar cyst communicating with fourth ventricle, small dysplatic vermis, "molar tooth" appearance of mibrain secondary to prolongation of superior cerebellar peduncle and bat-wing appearance of fourth ventricle correspond to Joubert syndrome associated with Dandy Walker complex.
Case Discussion
Dandy Walker continuum or Dandy Walker complex may occur simultaneously with Joubert syndrome.
