Age: 3 years
Gender: Male

Multiple well-defined enhancing lesions of the skull bones have low to isointense signal intensity on T1- and hyperintense signal on T2-weighted images with diffuse enhancement post-contrast administration.

No significant structural abnormality is identified inside the cranial fossa.

Case Discussion

As the patient has a history of diabetes insipidus, which is a known feature of CNS involvement in Langerhans cell histiocytosis. However, no significant structural abnormality is identified inside the cranial fossa.
