Partial thickness tear of the common extensor tendons suggesting lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow).
Subcutaneous edema in the posterolateral aspect of the elbow.
Case Discussion
The lateral epicondylitis is more common than medial epicondylitis mostly seen in tennis players, caused by repetitive extension.
Mostly affects the extensor tendons, classically extensor carpi radials brevis and radial collateral ligament complex.
