Lipoma of the filum terminale

Small linear lesion of the filum terminale at L3 level of fatty signal well-demonstrated on both axial and sagittal T1 as well as sagittal T2 with signal loss on STIR sequence. The conus is located at T12-L1 with appearance.
No dis herniation is seen.
