Disc desiccation and loss of height at L4-5 associated with a large central descending disc extrusion which impinges the traversing L5 nerve roots within the subarticular recesses. L5-S1 disc degeneration with any associated neural compression.
Case Discussion
L4-5 lumbar disc extrusion causing bilateral subarticular recess stenosis and impingement of the traversing L5 nerve roots.
