Absent left breast outline in keeping with a mastectomy and resultant left hypertranslucent hemithorax.
Surgical clips in the left axilla consistent with axillary node clearance.
The lungs are hyperinflated, but clear.
Case Discussion
Typical appearances of a mastectomy with asymmetry of breast outlines and a collection of axillary clips indicative of axillary node clearance.
