Small rounded well-circumscribed nodule within the right Meckel cave, isointense to the cortical grey matter on T1, T2 and FLAIR with homogeneously mild contrast-enhancement. Associated ipsilateral dural thickening.
Case Discussion
The MRI features are highly suggestive of Meckel cave meningioma.
