Small extra-axial broad-based mass centered on the right anterior clinoid isointense to the cortical grey matter on both T1 and T2 with vivid homogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Another small well-circumscribed broad-based right frontal parasagittal mass of extra-axial location showing the same signal intensity and enhancement as the right anterior clinoid mass.
Generalized cerebral volume loss.
Partially empty sella.
Case Discussion
MRI features most consistent with meningiomas of the right anterior clinoid and frontal parasagittal region.
