Provided axial and sagittal T2-weighted images through the thoracic spine show globular signal-void areas in the posterior subarachnoid space. No mass effect is noted.
Case Discussion
The current MRI findings on the provided images suggest artefacts resulting from CSF turbulent flow rather than spinal arteriovenous malformations.
