Non-small-cell lung cancer on second-line chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

Lobulated peribronchovascular opacities with absent pulmonary artery enhancement.

Central peribronchovascular metastatic disease causing lymphatic obstruction/invasion with interlobular septal thickening.

Innumerable hematogenous lung metastases.
