Pedunculated bony mass arising from the medial aspect of the distal femoral metaphysis. The cortex as well as the medullary cavity are in continuity with those of the parent bone with thinning of the cortex. No fracture or adjacent soft tissue mass is seen
On the ultrasound (not shown) the cartilage cap was at 5 mm in thickness.
