The MRI sequences demonstrate bilateral well-defined ovarian cystic masses, the largest measures (4.4x4.2x3.6 cm) on the right, and (3.3x2.9x2.8 cm) on the left. They display a high signal on T1WI / T2WI on the right, and high signal on T1WI / low signal on T2WI with shading sign on the left. No peripheral enhancement seen on the postcontrast sequences.
Note bilateral small follicles the largest on the right (2.1 cm).
Normal appearance of the uterus.
