There is a non-branching hypoechoic tract from the peri-anal skin to the anal canal. It starts at 6 o'clock on the skin. The tract length is about 25 to 30 mm. It communicates with the anal canal at 6 o'clock. This communication about 15 mm away from the anal orifice. The tract does not cross the external sphincter. There is no abscess / another tract.
Case Discussion
