Presentation

Chronic perianal discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

A 42 mm thick-walled tract starts at the left perianal region and courses upwards between internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 6 o’clock orientation.

No evidence of the perianal abscess is depicted.

Case Discussion

Imaging findings are compatible with grade I low-type intersphincteric perianal fistula without evidence of the perianal abscess.
