Patient with a diffuse metastatic disease.

Patient Data

Age: 85-years
Gender: Male

Diffuse metastatic disease characterized by nodules scattered throughout the retroperitoneum, perirenal space, peritoneum, and abdominal wall subcutaneous tissue. Multiple bilateral soft-tissue masses. 

  • A: ascites
  • RK: right kidney
  • PRS: perirenal space
  • PPS: posterior pararenal space

Case Discussion

This case was presumed to correspond to metastatic disease based on previous CT scans and the clinical history of advanced breast carcinoma
