Chronic headache.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
mri

An about 5 mm rounded cystic lesion is visible in the pineal gland, which is bright on FLAIR, and is hard to discern on other sequences. Otherwise unremarkable status.

Findings are in line with an incidental pineal gland cyst with no direct clinical relevance.
