Lateral radiograms of ankles showed small bony spurs at the plantar surface of the both calcaneus. The spur formations are directing inferiorly.
Case Discussion
Bony spurs can be seen on the plantar surface of the calcaneus of infants. They usually tend to be bilateral and may direct anteriorly, posteriorly or inferiorly. Frequently, they disappear with age.
