No acute bony injury.
Small irregular metallic foreign body in soft tissues at radial aspect of right middle finger middle phalanx.
Extra digit with a pseudoarticulation with ulnar aspect of the right little finger metacarpal representing postaxial polydactyly.
Case Discussion
This is an example of postaxial polydactyly, and the majority of cases are idiopathic, as in this particular case.
