Post traumatic laryngeal hematoma

Fluid collection is seen filling the left side of the glottic and supraglottic larynx effacing the left pyriform sinus and left laryngeal ventricle (vestibule) with apparent thickening and medial displacement of the left vocal cord resulting in mild encroachment on the airway.
