Electrocution.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years

Posterior dislocation of the humeral head, which is impacted against the posterior glenoid with a bony defect seen at its anteromedial surface (reverse Hill-Sachs defect).

The greater tuberosity is avulsed as well.
