Right cortical renal cyst measuring 46 x 40 x 36 mm with calcium-fluid interface characteristic of renal of milk calcium cyst. No renal stone is seen.
Normal appearance of the lumbar spine with no disc herniation seen.
Case Discussion
Renal milk of calcium cysts contain a suspension of calcium precipitation seen on CT as sedimentation of a dense material or calcium-fluid interface within a renal diverticulum or renal cyst.
Considered an incidental finding and require no treatment.
