In the right upper zone there are patchy alveolar opacities felt likely secondary to acute infection.
Case Discussion
Plain radiograph findings of right upper lobe community-acquired pneumonia in an immunocompromised patient with corresponding symptoms and raised inflammatory markers.
A control X-ray is planned for 2 to 4 weeks.
