Known sarcoidosis patient. Regular clinic review. Status?

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Reticulonodular shadowing in both lungs with a mid and upper zone predominance.  The lower zones are relatively spared.

Bulky hila in keeping with lymphadenopathy.

Heart size normal.

Moderately advanced sarcoidosis with irreversible parenchymal changes in the lungs.
