AP
Rotated.
Right apical lung mass. Left lung clear.
Small volume pneumoperitoneum under the right hemidiaphragm.
Case Discussion
An unrelated and pretty unlikely combination of an apical lung mass (it was lung cancer) and a small volume pneumoperitoneum.
Did you spot both?
The rotated AP nature of the radiograph adds further to one's chance of missing both findings.
