Presentation

Chronic right upper quadrant pain. Weight loss 8 kg / 6 weeks.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

There is a 2.5 mm thick transverse septum (almost) completely dividing the proximal third from the distal two thirds of the gallbladder. Also note the discrete signs of adenomyomatosis in the fundus region.
