Solitary choroid plexus lipoma

Presentation

Morbidly obese patient presented to the emergency department complaining of numbness in the right half of his body. History of facial palsy 1 year back.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

No acute infarction or intracranial hemorrhage is seen. A small lesion measuring approximately 4 mm having an average density of -34 HU is seen in the choroid plexus of right lateral ventricle.

Incidental finding of a small fat density lesion in the trigone of the right lateral ventricle, which is likely a choroid plexus lipoma
