Presentation

Right ankle pain and tenderness after falling down.

Patient Data

Age: 5 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Subtle lucent line involving the distal tibial diaphysis, that appears more obvious at the lateral view. The fibula appears normal. No evidence of ankle dislocation.
