Presentation

Weakness and numbness in limbs.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Intramedullary T2 hyperintensity is seen involving the dorsal columns of nearly the entire cervicothoracic cord from C2 to T11-12, with subtle atrophy of cord.

Case Discussion

Finding are consistent with subacute combined degeneration of the cord.
