Subacute subdural hematoma

The MRI sequences demonstrate a crescent-shaped right frontoparietal subdural collection (maximum thickness 32 mm) of high signal intensity on T1, T2 and FLAIR with internal septations of low signal, in keeping with late subacute subdural hematoma.
Mass effect is noted on the midline structures with subfalcine herniation and dilatation of the contralateral ventricular system.
