Submucosal leiomyoma prolapsing into the endocervical canal

Well-defined submucosal mass arising from the right posterolateral wall of the lower uterine segment and prolapsing into a distended endocervical canal. It appears isointense to the normal myometrium on T1, and inhomogeneous hypointense on T2 with moderate heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Normal appearances of both ovaries containing small follicles.
