Repeated vomiting, abdominal pain and constipation

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Massively dilated fluid-filled esophagus, stomach and duodenum till its third part
which entrapped between SMA and aorta with collapsed bowel loops beyond (aortomesenteric angle is 19°).
