Presentation

Follow-up CT in a patient with non small cell lung cancer.

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Male

Large necrotic lymph node metastasis with compression, probably infiltration of the right deep jugular vein.

Case Discussion

An analogous lesion on the contralateral (left) side in the presence of a gastrointestinal malignancy is known as the renowned Virchow node.
