Trans-abdominal and endovaginal views revealed enlarged ovaries with peripherally arranged, clear, thin-walled bilateral ovarian cysts.
Case Discussion
Theca lutein cysts can be observed in women undergoing ovarian stimulation, during pregnancy, twin gestation, or molar pregnancy. They present as discrete, clear ovarian cysts and are typically bilateral.
