Presentation

Right flank pain with frank hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Enhancing polypoid masses of the bladder wall with arciform peripheral calcifications, protruding into the bladder lumen and invading the right ureteral orifice with ipsilateral ureterohydronephrosis and delayed excretion of the kidney on CT urography.

A gastric diverticulum is noted (incidental finding).
