Mild circumferential increased wall thickness is present at rectosigmoid and left hemicolon with loss of haustral markings, accompanied by mild pericolic vascular engorgement.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent colonoscopy and biopsy, and histopathology evaluation confirmed ulcerative colitis.
