Moderate pancolitis from rectum to cecum with malpositioning of the cecum across midline. No obstruction. No other acute findings.
Case Discussion
Moderate pancolitis with features overlapping between infectious or inflammatory colitis (specifically ulcerative colitis). In this case the clinical picture was more concerning for IBD, and UC was later confirmed with biopsy.
