Presentation

Complaining of trauma to right forearm after a fall. On examination tenderness lower end of the right ulna, no swelling, no open injury. Other complaints: none Past medical history: none. Vitals: stable.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is a fracture in the distal third of the right ulna with no significant displacement on both AP and lateral views.

Case Discussion

This ulna fracture can be managed conservatively with fixation in a splint for 4 weeks.
