Mild increase in thickness of the right masseter muscle compared to the left masseter muscle.
No definite mass lesion.
The overlying skin is intact.
Presence of the right accessory parotid gland is seen lateral to the right masseter muscle, with the same CT density of both parotid glands.
Case Discussion
CT and complentory USG (not shown) confirmed hypertrophy of the right masseter muscle which is resembling pseudo-mass rather than actual lesion.
