Right V3 segment vertebral artery fenestration. No arterial dissection. No intracranial aneurysm.
Case Discussion
Vertebral artery fenestration is most commonly extracranial. Fenestration is an incidental finding notable for being associated with increased prevalence of intracranial aneurysms. It should not be mistaken for a dissection.
