Presentation

Car accident.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Compression fracture of L1 and S2 vertebras with subjacent bone marrow edema/bruise without evidence of retropulsion is seen.

Bone marrow edema/bruise along with S1, S3 vertebras, and sacral ala are seen.

Disc bulging is noted at the L5/S1 level.
