Two well-corticated ossicles along the posterosuperior aspect of the manubrium sterni.
Case Discussion
Episternal ossicles are supernumerary ossification centers seen in ~4% of population. They range in diameter from 0.2-1.5 cm and are located in a retro- or supra-manubrial location.
