Comminuted fracture of the left ulna with distal left ulna - carpal dislocation
Transverse and displaced fracture of the distal left radius.

Case Discussion
Besides the fact that motorcyclists are six times more likely to be involved in an accident than those who drive cars, they also have higher musculoskeletal morbidity. The patient presented above had a distal left forearm fracture, and no signs of dislocations of the at the elbow or wrist.
