History of breast cancer.

Diffuse thickening and enhancement of the left lacrimal gland and preseptal soft tissues, suggestive of left orbital metastasis from breast cancer.

Diffuse sclerotic bone changes of the skull.

Widespread sclerotic metastases of the spine.
