Scrotal trauma while playing cricket a few hours prior. Pain in the left hemiscrotum.

Testicular hematoma

Site of pain pointed by patient, shows a well-defined heterogeneously hypoechoic lesion in left testis.
No cystic changes or calcifications.
The lesion is avascular. size about 14 x 10 mm.
No breach is noted in overlying tunica.
No hematocele.
No scrotal wall hematoma.
Case Discussion
In the clinical background of trauma, findings favor testicular hematoma.
