History of dementia. Fall with blunt trauma from a wheelchair.

Acutely displaced femoral subcapital neck fracture on the left with cephalad displacement of the distal fracture fragment.

This represents a case of a femoral neck fracture.

After stabilization, the patient underwent hip hemiarthroplasty.
